Travel & Stay

🛂

Visas

Guests who aren't (overseas) citizens of India need a visa — a Tourist e-Visa is enough (30-day, 1-year or 5-year; apply up to 4 months ahead). Please ensure it's valid across Feb–Mar 2027. Apply at indianvisaonline.gov.in. You'll need a passport valid 6+ months, a digital photo, and proof of return/onward travel. For a visa reference, just ask Shreyam or family.

📝

Arrival Forms

Two quick online forms before you land:
• e-Arrival form — anytime after your visa.
• Air Suvidha — within 72 hrs of arrival.

✈️

Getting Here

Fly to Jaipur via Delhi or Mumbai — carriers like Lufthansa, Swiss, Air India, KLM, Air France, Turkish or LOT connect there. Book 3–4 months ahead for the best fares, and try to coordinate within your group. No easy Jaipur connection? Fly into Delhi and we'll arrange a car (~4 hrs). Transfers from Jaipur airport to the hotel are already arranged.

🏨

Where to Stay

Your stay is taken care of from 23 Feb (check-in) to 25 Feb (check-out). Planning to extend your trip? Jaipur has wonderful hotels — just ask us for recommendations.

🌤️

Weather & Packing

Late February–March in Jaipur is lovely — pleasant days and cool evenings, well suited to international travellers. Pack light layers, plus your ethnic best for each function.

Explore India

Many of you are travelling a long way — and February–March is a lovely time to see more of India. A few ideas to begin:

🔺

The Golden Triangle

India's classic circuit — Delhi (Mughal forts & bazaars), Agra (the Taj Mahal), and Jaipur (the Pink City; 2 days recommended): the best of the country's history and colour in a few days.

🏛️

Delhi

Old meets new — the Red Fort, Qutub Minar, Humayun's Tomb, India Gate, and the bustle of Chandni Chowk & Jama Masjid (best explored by rickshaw).

🌊

Mumbai

Seaside energy — the Gateway of India & Colaba, Marine Drive at sunset, the Elephanta Caves, CST station, and the cafés of Bandra & Juhu.

We can't wait to celebrate
